Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using ConvocaApp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using ConvocaApp (the "Service") you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

ConvocaApp is a platform that lets padel coaches and clubs create matches, book courts, invite players and coordinate attendance. We may add, change or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: organizing and taking part in padel matches. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten or impersonate other players, coaches or clubs.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Service or the data of other users.
  • Extract, copy or resell data from the Service by automated means.

5. Your data and privacy

We only collect the personal data needed to run the Service, such as your name, email address and phone number, and your match activity.

We will never sell your personal data, and we will never use it for advertising or for any purpose other than providing the Service.

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Only Convoca and the service providers that host and run the platform on our behalf (listed in the Privacy Policy) have access to it, exclusively to operate and support the platform. Where a club administrator needs your contact details to coordinate a match, that access is limited to that purpose.

For full details on how we process your data, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, logos and content, belongs to Convoca and is protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the content you upload, and you grant us a limited license to display it within the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Convoca is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or losses arising from matches organized through the platform, including court bookings, cancellations or the conduct of other users.

9. Termination

Account deletion is not yet available from within the Service; to delete your account, contact us at support@convoca.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the user's place of residence when the user is a consumer, or otherwise to the courts of Barcelona.

12. Contact

If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at support@convoca.app
